Maintain CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information.

Provide regular feedback to product, marketing, customer success, and technical support teams to ensure continuous improvement at all levels in the organization.
Requirements:
Should have proven track record in consultative sales experience, preferably in high technology (business application software sales / SaaS Products).
Experience of working with businesses using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Demand Cloud etc.
Strong technical acumen and understanding to lead enterprise projects from prospecting to closures. Speaking intelligently about technical things like API, Integrations, Plug-ins etc. You need to be comfortable as such discussions will be part of all the demos and presentations.
Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market.
Consistent track record of annual sales overachievement.
Ability to prospect, conduct effective presentations and manage C-level and senior level relationships within medium and large organizations. E-Commerce businesses will be an added advantage.

Skills / Experience:
Proven work experience in software and web application testing.
2 to 4 years of experience in writing/executing test plans, test cases and defect tracking.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools and processes.
Hands on experience with both white box and black box testing.
Knowledge of performance / security testing is desired.
Experience working in Agile/SCRUM, team oriented, collaborative development environment.
