Job Profile
We are looking for self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals with good business acumen to join our
sales team in Pune.
The person will be responsible for interacting with relevant C-level executives from organizations and
bring them on board to create native mobile applications for their online web stores.
A strong track record in B2B Telephone based sales for small businesses, a clear and persuasive &
consultative communication style, and the ability to balance tremendous drive and determination with
striking up and maintaining excellent client relationships, is essential.
Team Management, Time management coupled with strong ability to personally make 100+ calls per day
minimum are crucial to be successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
– Generate Personal and Team Sales Revenues
– To successfully generate and close marketing leads for e-commerce stores / companies Globally through
Tele-calling
– To perform outbound lead generation in identified target accounts and non-identified accounts with
product fit.
– Strong ability to make outbound calls and demos on video calls (Skype etc) and present our product to
customers
– To initiate and maintain timely follow-ups with new clients under minimal supervision
– To aim at attaining pre-determined sales targets in assigned regions and industry categories
– Complete understanding on SPIN sales
– Strong background in generating qualified leads and converting them within the given sales cycle
– Prior Experience in International Markets
– To consistently meet and exceeded personal and team goals.
Desired Skills & Experience:
– Relevant B2B Sales experience with 2- 5years’ experience in an outbound Tele Sales positions
– Ability to build professional relationship with C-level executives telephonically
– Strong customer development and relationship management skills
– Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
– Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
– Good Analytical, positioning and negotiation skills.
– Good team player in a target-driven environment.
– Prior Experience in working International Markets
– Good knowledge on eCommerce Web Stores and Mobile Apps would be preferred
– You have software development knowledge experience, ideally selling enterprise software or solutions
