Role- Creative Director

Exp- 8 to 10 yrs

Salary- As per co. std

Location- MUMBAI


– Work with product managers to gather requirement, plan timelines, resources and execution on projects

– Build marketing budgets to execute product and marketing objectives

– Direct teams to develop websites, Microsites, landing pages, digital ads

– Manage email marketing – designing, integrating, tracking email campaigns, managing newsletters and digitalnurture campaigns

– Develop monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting on all digital asset and marketing campaign performance

– Work with web designers and developers to produce creative designs for websites / emailers / brochures / campaigns etc.

— Keep abreast and implement latest web technologies to improve the user experience

– Work with the team to build and analyze reports: draw insights, help the team identify optimization tactics and adjust strategy accordingly

Requirement:

– Must have deep understanding and hands-on knowledge of, SEO, SMM, SEM, PPC, content creation and management aspects

– Must have managed a team of content writers, web designers, developers and SEO, SMM, SEM, PPC Analysts

– Creating social media communities and driving awareness & engagement

– Formulate the content strategy for all digital assets and be responsible for it

– Must have an eye for content that captures audiences and results in higher clicks and direct the content development team accordingly

– Deep understanding of web analytics tools across digital and social media

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

-8-10 years prior experience supporting direct-to-customer digital marketing communications within a corporate or agency environment (or start up)

– Demonstrated project leadership in digital marketing creative

– Development, cross-functional planning and campaign management

– Analytical skills; comfortable distilling campaign data into

– Actionable insights and optimization opportunities

– Strong understanding of the eCommerce and applications environment

– Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task

– Ability to work and deliver in tight timelines

– Good understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing

– Strong understanding of web/digital technologies

Education-

UG:Any Graduate

PG:Any Postgraduate
