Job Responsibility and Description:

Required Skill Set:

• Looking for Candidates passionate to work and grow themselves in recruitment field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.

• Good understanding of Internet & MS office is must.
• Ability to understand technical Job Description & evaluate important keywords to perform the search.
• Ability to work as a part of team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Head-hunting skills should be well-developed with having had previous experience in headhunting candidates for mid-senior profiles.
• Ability to work under pressure with strict timelines and demanding TAT.
• Prior work experience in IT recruitment is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing of candidates using job portals in accordance of the Job description.
• Thorough Assessment of candidate’s skill and professional details over telephonic conversation. Interview scheduling & reference check.
• Maintain Strict Turn Around Time and adhere to specific requirements
• Understand the job responsibility  and formulate work plan
• Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter and other available online forums social recruiting
• Maintain  a keen eye on latest recruitment processes and techniques for efficient recruitment process
• Float Job Description on the leading portals and formulate candidate hiring strategies
• Conduct market due diligence on availability of talent pool in specific markets/Regions
• Conduct research and analysis as well as produce reports as required
• Lead IT/Operations/Corporate Recruitment and drive talent strategies
• Experience into managing a team desired.
