This opening is for our career services vertical serving internationally in the E-commerce space.
Business Operations Lead / Executive play a crucial role in any business.
The main deliverable is Service Delivery to our global set of clients who take our service and ensuring they get the best services within time and with best quality output.
Their role is to take ownership of operating business processes to create client deliverables.
In close collaboration with a team, Business Operations Lead / Executive:
a) Understand the clients requirements issues, operating business rules, data, and processes
b) Operate and enhance analytic-driven processes for the clients on a periodic basis, including synthesizing the data, performing the necessary quality checks, and creating the deliverables
c) Interact with internal or client teams to resolve any issues with process inputs
Respond to ad hoc requests from the clients relating to the deliverables.
Collect data on consumers, competitors and marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers preferences.
Perform outbound lead generation through cold calling and emails for our company to schedule first meeting with potential clients for field sales
Lead the insidesales strategies to penetrate all segments within prescribed territory in middle market.
