Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Using marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.
  • Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them.
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment.
  • Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals.
  • Participating in conferences, representing the company for brand awareness.
  • Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects for the organization.
  • Providing suggestions to improvise on Business and marketing strategies.
  • Handling E-commerce client’s requisition and suggesting the best course of action
  • Providing the best solutions and suggesting the best course of action to the clients
  • Helping clients in navigating and assisting placing online orders from portal
  • Active following up with high potential clients pertaining to orders
  • Ensuring follow-up activities such as SMS, Email campaigns are on time and effectively used
  • Ensuring Sales process is adhered according the laid out norms
  • Managing sales process in the cloud and ensuring active management of MIS / DSR

Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent time management Skills.
  • Tech savvy, highly motivated, self-starter, team player.
  • Exceptional verbal and communication skills.
  • Unquenchable thirst to learn and grow.
  • Excellent presentation skills using Power Point, infographics, Photoshop ( good to have )
  • Should be honest, trustworthy and assertive.
  • Decision maker, problem solver, creative thinking skills.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office.
  • Evolved in representing the company’s image on Social Media
  • Social Media Savvy such as FB, LinkedIn, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram
  • Good with articulation and soft skills
  • Presentable personality
