We are looking for Manager/Sr. Manager Business Development (FinTech)
Mandatory Requirements/Qualifications :
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Onboarding new clients SMEs for sourcing of borrowers of loans
- At least 2 years of Previous business development/sales experience in FinTech company
- Excellent business development and relationship management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent English skills
- At least 4 years of experience in a partnership/alliances role
- Atleast 4 years of experience in relationship management .
The key deliverables of the role are as follows :
- Onboarding new partnerships in the eCommerce, payments, industry associations, and other such entities that are aggregators/service providers to SMEs for sourcing of borrowers of loans through CoinTribe platform
- Manage the process end to end from sourcing the partnership, defining the terms of engagement, evaluate tech integrations, define product programs to be developed
- Work with internal team of product, technology and credit to enable a solution for the partnership engagement
- Develop the delivery process for each of the partnership and define roles and responsibilities of internal stakeholders.
Title : Senior Software Developer
Role : Java ATG Software Developer ( Server Side )
Salary: As per experience / No bar for right candidate and immediate joiner
Location: Pune / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai + all locations in India. (You can work from anywhere if you don’t want to shift to Pune )
Experience: 4-10 years, relevant 3+ in ATG
Education Qualifications: BE/ME/BCS/MCS/ or Similar
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should have programming experience in Server side (back end)
- Should have 4+ years of overall experience in software
- At least 4 years in Web Development or Java Server side development (J2EE / Webservices) – preferably having worked on e-Commerce sites (ATG / Hybris / IBM Websphere) and Java based POS applications / J2EE application development (Spring Hibernate must)
