Account Mining & Delivery Management:
looking for a Delivery Manager for Whitefield, Bangalore location who should have SAP/ERP expertise. Also play an End to End Delivery management and carry a sales pitch too.
Mandatory Skills :
- At least 2-3 years of technical experience in developing and integration of SAP/ERP supply chain .
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous expereinec in managing 10-15 team members
- Experience on Head count growth.
- Experience in handling an End to End Delivery management and carry a sales pitch too.
- A knowledge on – how on SAP products.
- Smart individual with sales(flair) + Delivery combination in the order set.
- Interactions at various levels at client end.
- Should have hands on experience on Head count growth.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Revenue – Account Mining, New Areas – Opening new avenues, growing existing business unit, entering new Geographies.
- Head count – Should have hands on experience on Head count growth.
- Business Transformation – Worked on different business models, Solution selling, Solution Designing .
- People Management – Employee Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction, Employee engagement, Retention.
- He or she should be able to play an End to End Delivery management and carry a sales pitch too.
- He should be able to bring out Bristlecone differentiator from other vendors while talking to SAP.
- People manager (nice to have)
- He should be able to get more business from his floor connects and intellects he builds within the SAP landscape.
