Responsibilities:
# Participate and drive the architecture and design of large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software applications, tools, systems and services using object-oriented design, distributed programming and Java.
# Liaise with product team to gather functional requirements and prepare technical specifications, design specifications and deployment plans.
# Serve as technical lead throughout the software development life cycle and participate in analyzing, designing, programming, debugging, and modifying software enhancements and/or new products.
#Provide design reviews for other engineers, including feedback on architecture and design issues, as well as integration, performance and scalability.
# Troubleshoot production support issues and system failures post-deployment and come up with solutions as required.
Desired Skills and Experience:
#2+ years of technical leadership experience in all aspects of software development life cycle.
#Strong experience in designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software applications, tools, systems or services using Object Oriented Design, distributed programming and Java
# Experience in working on Spring Framework (Spring-MVC and Spring DI)
# Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
# Strong knowledge of web-services
# Data Structures and Algorithms
# Outstanding analytical & problem solving skills
