Job Responsibility:
- Required – Individual contributor with good understanding of Software Testing Concepts, Software Testing Life Cycle and Processes.
- Required – Hands-on experience working on Selenium, FitNesse, Protractor or other Java based automation tool.
- Previous Java development work experience is also preferred.
- Should have good Experience in writing test cases.
- Good communication skill required.
- Candidate must have 3+ years of overall testing experience (Manual + Automation).
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in writing automation scripts using Selenium automation testing tool for web applications.
- Experience/Understanding of bug life cycle.

Required Experience
- BE or BS Degree in one of the following subject areas: Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field preferred
- 3-5 years experience performing stress, performance, and load (SPL) Quality Assurance (QA) tests on web applications
- Experience with automated testing tools (QTP and/or Selenium) and techniques
- Experience writing test plans, cases, and defect tracking
- Experience interpreting technical specifications
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Technical documentation skills
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
- Self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience in working Agile environment (Scrum)
