- Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
- Good understanding of Internet & MS office is must.
- Ability to understand technical Job Description & evaluate important keywords to perform the search.
- Prior work experience in IT recruitment a must.
- Sourcing of candidates using job portals in accordance of the Job description.
- Thorough Assessment of candidate’s skill and professional details over telephonic conversation. Interview scheduling & reference check.
- Maintain Strict Turn Around Time and adhere to specific requirements
- Understand the job responsibility and formulate work plan
- Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter and other available online forums
- Maintain a keen eye on latest recruitment processes and techniques for efficient recruitment process
- Float Job Description on the leading portals and formulate candidate hiring strategies
- Conduct market due diligence on availability of talent pool in specific markets/Regions
- Conduct research and analysis as well as produce reports as required
