Experience: 3- 5 years
Educational qualification: BCS/MCS/BE/BSc/MSc

Required Experience

• BE or BS Degree in one of the following subject areas: Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field preferred
• 3-5 years experience performing stress, performance, and load (SPL) Quality Assurance (QA) tests on web applications
• Experience with automated testing tools (QTP and/or Selenium) and techniques
• Experience writing test plans, cases, and defect tracking
• Experience interpreting technical specifications
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Technical documentation skills
• Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
• Self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Experience in working Agile environment (Scrum)
