Job Responsibility:
- Strategizing and Planning Sales in the allotted territory.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Shall be responsible for driving sales team for closing deal, if required.
- Carry out sales review daily.
- Journey profitability.
- Thorough understanding of educational products.
- Focus and drive to achieve targets, budgets and results.
- Strategic planning and execution of plans.
- Should have experience into managing a team of 30-40 people.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
