Job Description :
Calling pre assigned leads from different web portals and coordinating with them till they
visit the showroom
Analyse all customer enquirers, exploring all aspects of their social, occupational and
financing needs
Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs and consistently delivering a
competent and enthusiastic presentation of all of the vehicles
Regular follow up with all leads who don’t turn up at the showroom and converting from
those leads
Keeping the lead tracker updated
Taking care of the RC transfer process of all converted leads and related documentation
To achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high level of customer satisfaction
Desired Candidate profile :
Has atleast 6 months experience of tele-calling. No upper limit.
Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi (At least two of these)
Sophisticated and pleasant to talk to
Good at sales
Customer service centric
Open to work in a start-up environment
Has basic knowledge of excel sheets
