ISource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of Salesforce/Vlocity Developer.
About the Role:
We are hiring a Salesforce/Vlocity Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing scalable, high-performance solutions using Salesforce and Vlocity. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the Telecom domain, with solid knowledge of Vlocity tools like OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Vlocity components (OmniScripts, Data Raptors, IPs, FlexCards)
• Work on Telecom B2B service assurance implementations
• Customize Salesforce Service Cloud (Cases, Queues, Assignment & Escalation Rules)
• Build and test Apex Classes, Triggers, and Lightning Components
• Implement case automation (email-to-case, web-to-case) and process automation (Workflows, Approval Processes)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for application design and integration
• Perform unit testing and provide production support
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Salesforce Vlocity development
• Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud features
• Telecom domain experience is highly preferred
