ISource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of RPA Developer / Software Engineer.
About the Role:
We are hiring a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join a leading US-based MNC’s India office in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining RPA solutions using industry-standard tools, along with proficiency in automation scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and database integration.
Core Requirements (In Order of Importance):
• Hands-on Experience with RPA Tools
 1. Proficiency in at least one leading RPA tool is required:
2. UiPath (preferred)
3. Automation Anywhere
4. Blue Prism
• Automation Scripting & Testing
 1. Strong experience using Selenium WebDriver for end-to-end test automation.
• Programming Knowledge
 1. Proficient in at least one language: Python, Java, or C#
2. Familiarity with HTML for automation scenarios involving web interfaces
• DevOps and CI/CD
 1. Experience using Jenkins or other CI/CD tools for deploying and maintaining automation pipelines.
• Database Integration
 1. Solid understanding of MySQL for managing data-driven automation workflows.
• API Handling
 1. Experience with REST API development and consumption in automation contexts.
• Soft Skills
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
3. High attention to detail and process optimization
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RPA solutions.
• Build and run test automation using Selenium WebDriver.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and analyze automation opportunities.
• Implement robust CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
• Support and monitor bots in production for smooth operation.
• Maintain documentation and version control of automation scripts and assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation aligned with business goals.
