ISource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of DC Technical Consultant.
About the role:
We are looking for a skilled and multilingual DC Technical Consultant to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise-level customer-facing roles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and deep knowledge of identity and virtualization technologies.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide technical consultancy and support to enterprise customers in English and German.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to identity standards, remote software distribution, and virtualization technologies.
• Collaborate with international clients to ensure seamless deployment and support of solutions.
• Assist in Windows application packaging, deployment, and software distribution.
• Support virtualization environments including Citrix, Hyper-V, VMware Horizon, and Windows Virtual Desktop.
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years in a customer-facing enterprise support or technical consultant role.
• Proficiency in English and German (mandatory)
• Experience supporting enterprise customers across international regions.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML with major IdPs (AAD, ADFS, GoogleID, OKTA, PING).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and related certifications.
• Exposure to SCCM, Apple Remote Desktop (ARD), or similar remote distribution tools.
• Experience in Windows application packaging and deployment.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as Citrix, Hyper-V, VMware Horizon.
• Basic knowledge of Python is a plus.
