Job Description-

This opening is for our career services vertical serving internationally in the E-commerce space.

• Business Operations Lead / Executive play a crucial role in any business.
• The main deliverable is Service Delivery to our global set of clients who take our service and ensuring they get the best services within time and with best quality output.
• Their role is to take ownership of operating business processes to create client deliverables.
• In close collaboration with a team, Business Operations Lead / Executive:
• a) Understand the clients requirements issues, operating business rules, data, and processes
• b) Operate and enhance analytic-driven processes for the clients on a periodic basis, including synthesizing the data, performing the necessary quality checks, and creating the deliverables
• c) Interact with internal or client teams to resolve any issues with process inputs
• Respond to ad hoc requests from the clients relating to the deliverables.
