Title: Sales Manager .

Experience: 4-7 years.

Location: Kota, Rajasthan.

Education: Graduate /Postgraduate.

Job Responsibility:

•      Strategizing and Planning Sales in the allotted territory.
•     Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
•    Shall be responsible for driving sales team for closing deal, if required.
•    Carry out sales review daily.
•    Journey profitability.
•    Thorough understanding of educational products.
•    Focus and drive to achieve targets, budgets and results.
•     Strategic planning and execution of plans.
•      Should have experience into managing a team of 30-40 people.
•    Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
