Title: Digital Content Writer

Relevant Experience: 1-3 years

Job Description:

• Deliver creative content for website blogs, articles and social media
• Should be able to write content to drive traffic to our website
• Conduct research and create compelling and SEO-friendly blogs for our website
• The candidate must be able to work at both a strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth) and at a tactical level (executing updates to product or website content, analyzing data and solving problems).
• Analyze metrics, customer, sales and related data to identify opportunities to optimize the content strategy
• Develop and enhance our products and category content (product descriptions, images, videos, etc.) to improve conversion
• Conceptualize, write, and edit persuasive and informative optimized copy for a variety of content needs to include: digital product descriptions and video descriptions as needed
• Ability to develop content to achieve higher website rankings that will attract consumers and influence conversion
• Conduct research to identify popular keywords that will be used to generate and convert.

Must have skills:

• Knowledge of blogging and having an active presence is required. ( links, citations etc.)
• Should be active could be Quora, WordPress Blog, Google +, Tumblr, Instagram etc.
• Should have good presence in social media space.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Should be a social media champion with an ability to engage on the emerging social media platforms such as linkedin, quora, blogs, and other new medium
• Should be active and aware about trending/happenings on social media and use it as a medium to generate traffic to our website and web properties.
• Should have an ability to work under strict guidelines and perform under pressure
