- Collect data on consumers, competitors and marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
- Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers preferences.
- Perform outbound lead generation through cold calling and emails for our company to schedule first meeting with potential clients for field sales
Lead the inside sales strategies to penetrate all segments within prescribed territory in middle market.
- Develop linkages with the field salesteam for scheduling the appointment with customer.
- Manage the salespipeline ensuring the pipeline is robust and will meet the targets including accurate and timely reporting of the pipeline and prospects in the pipeline.
- Develop and execute a salesstrategy for increasing interactive penetration and improving operational economics.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
