Excellent hands-on programming experience of Core PHP and Zend Framework
Excellent in JavaScript
Excellent in any one MVC framework (Zend, CakePHP, CodeIgniter, OOps concepts)
Excellent in Mysql5 (Indexing, Scaling Mysql)
Good understanding of Solr, Sphinx or any full text indexing mechanism
Good understanding of RESTful API development
Good knowledge of TDD (Test Driven Development)
Good in HTML5, CSS3, LESS CSS and Responsive web development.
Good understanding of jQuery, Bootstrap
Good understanding of AGILE – SCRUM
One of our looking for a passionate PHP developer responsible for developing web applications, including anything from back-end services to their client end counterparts. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic developer eager to learn and grow his/her skills. You commitment to develop high performance and responsive applications is essential.
Responsibilities:
Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
Build efficient, testable and reusable PHP code
Integration of data storage solutions (may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores etc)
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
Skills/Experience:
3-7 years of experience in developing web applications using PHP
Knowledge of Object Oriented PHP programming
Experience working with and creating REST API
Strong knowledge with MVC frameworks such as Laravel, Zend etc
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
Familiar with various design and architectural patterns behind a scalable application
Knowledge and experience of HTML, jQuery and other JavaScript Frameworks
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum, team-oriented, collaborative environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelors / Master’s degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
