Title: Sales Manager (Education domain)

Experience: 4-7 years.

Location: Kota, Rajasthan

Availability to join: 15 days

Education: Graduate /Postgraduate.

Job Responsibility:

• ·         Strategizing and Planning Sales in the allotted territory
• ·         Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• ·         Shall be responsible for driving sales team for closing deal, if required.
• ·         Carry out sales review daily
• ·         Journey profitability
• ·         Thorough understanding of educational products.
• ·         Focus and drive to achieve targets, budgets and results.
• ·         Strategic planning and execution of plans.
• ·         Should have experience into managing a team of 30-40 people.
• ·         Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
