Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements

– Create and maintain the product information architecture

– Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides

– Excellent writing skills and ability to frame product documentation that can explain technical features and benefits from a layman’s perspective
