Requirements:
HR Administration
Ordering Stock
Assisting with machine and equipment orders
Managing cleaning staff and security
General office administration including office / staff events
Keeping payroll, leave, reimbursement schedules up to date
Receiving candidates for assessments, setting up assessments and interviews
Office receptionist / receiver of people coming in
Induction and on boarding of new employees
Liaising with building / landlords
Administration of PF, medical aid and all other statutory employee related items with payroll team (payroll done externally)
Updating HR schedules and reporting back to SA office
General employee queries and assistance
Skills:
HR experience
Office experience with good excel and outlook ability
Good communication skills
