The ideal candidate has started his career as a Developer, Sr Developer, Tech Architect and then VP engineering within the telecom domain.
Mission- You will be leading the design and delivery of the next generation of all Subex Software Products and Solutions, through the Scrum/AGILE development process. These applications and technologies span a variety of domains including web applications, mobile applications, analytics, machine learning, big data processing and social customer intelligence.
The products should enable Subex in retaining the market leader position. Focus should be in providing value to the customer through the releases, in terms of in time, zero defects and reduced SI costs.
Experience
16 to 20 years experience product development experience in Telecom BSS / OSS domain
Should have a lead reasonably large product development teams successfully.

Deliver products and solutions with a clear competitive differentiation and value to Subex’s customers
Works with respective stakeholders in terms of planning and controlling the budgets related to planned and non-planned expense budgets.

Project Management in terms of planning / scheduling / tracking & reporting / risk / escalation / issue resolution / stakeholders /
Continuous update of and adherence to Software development processes to meet the mission stated above.
Monitor and enforce necessary best practices for improving the identified KRAs.
o Knowledge retention through adequate documentation (LLD / data modeling etc) and handing over documents (installation guide, training videos etc)
o Best practices like coding standards, document / code reviews, SQL tuning, code profiling, Unit / Module testing
