Experience: 4-7 years.

Availability to join: 15 days
Education: Graduate /Postgraduate.
Job Responsibility:
- · Strategizing and Planning Sales in the allotted territory
- · Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- · Shall be responsible for driving sales team for closing deal, if required.
- · Carry out sales review daily
- · Journey profitability
- · Thorough understanding of educational products.
- · Focus and drive to achieve targets, budgets and results.
- · Strategic planning and execution of plans.
- · Should have experience into managing a team of 30-40 people.
- · Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
