Job Responsibilities:

• Should have 10 years of experience with minimum 2-3 years as Team Lead for JAVA/J2EE Technologies.
• Should have atleast 3 years of work experience in POS application.
• Should have in depth experience in managing Software product engineering projects, Also good in client and project management.
• Should have exposure to technical & management skills, Effort Estimation, Risk Management.
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, (JSP, Servlet), EJB, Bean, Spring MVC, JCA, Oracle, AJAX, HTML, and JavaScript.

Some experience on UI development, HTML, CSS, Jquery, Javascript desirable

•Should have experience with open source technologies and frameworks such as Struts, Spring, JSLT, and Hibernate.

•Should have experienced in Object Oriented Analysis and design.

•Need to have exposure in end to end java application development.

•Should have good communication & interpersonal skills.
