About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Architect with 10-12 years of experience in Digital Transformation and full-stack development. You will design and deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions in an Agile environment, driving technical excellence across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and develop full-stack applications supporting Sales Velocity initiatives.
• Lead requirement gathering, deployment, and maintenance of solutions.
• Apply Agile and Scrum practices for efficient delivery.
• Ensure adherence to code reviews, testing, and documentation standards.
• Design scalable and resilient systems.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams.
Must-Have Skills:
• Strong experience in full-stack application development.
• Expertise in end-to-end solution delivery.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of code reviews, testing (unit, integration, automated), and documentation.
• Proven ability to architect scalable and resilient systems.
Preferred:
• Experience with large-scale data processing, real-time systems, or Big Data.
• Relevant advanced degree or certifications.
