About the role:
We are hiring an experienced Oracle Workforce Compensation Lead to manage the implementation and configuration of the Oracle Cloud Workforce Compensation module. The role includes stakeholder collaboration, system testing, end-user training, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Workforce Compensation module
• Configure and test compensation functionality to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
• Develop and execute testing plans to ensure successful implementation
• Provide training and support to end-users
Required Skills:
• 7-9 years of experience with Oracle Workforce Compensation
• Strong understanding of compensation planning and configuration
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementation
• Excellent communication and project management skills
