ISource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect (with MCP experience).
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect with strong expertise in Multi-Channel Personalization (MCP) to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and deep technical skills to optimize customer engagement across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and architect scalable solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with a focus on MCP.
• Lead integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM and external systems.
• Define data models, customer journeys, automation flows, and personalization strategies.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, security, and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and support implementation.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Proven experience with Multi-Channel Personalization (MCP).
• Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Experience with data modeling, API integrations, and CRM systems.
