📍 Location: Remote
🕒 Timezone: IST (Overlapping US timezone for Stand-up calls)
📌Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced CPQ Business Analyst with a strong background in Quote to Cash, Service Contracts, and Entitlements using SFDC and NS. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in CPQ Cloud and possess a solid understanding of the Opportunity to Invoice process.
Key Responsibilities:
📊 Business Requirements Gathering: Work directly with business teams to gather, document, and translate requirements to the technical team.
📝 User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Write clear and detailed user stories and acceptance criteria as per business needs.
🌍 Collaboration: Work closely with global/regional stakeholders, development teams, and architects to solve complex business problems.
🔄 Agile Methodology: Facilitate Agile sessions, including sprint demos and backlog grooming.
🔧 User Testing: Facilitate user testing, planning, and execution to ensure optimal system performance.
🔎 Analysis: Perform gap analysis and root cause analysis, ensuring compliance with business controls and SOX.
📈 Documentation: Develop business cases, process diagrams, and use cases.
Must Have:
💡 CPQ Cloud Experience (mandatory for CPQ BAs)
💼 Strong functional knowledge of SFDC system
🔄 Experience in Quote to Cash, Service Contracts, Entitlement, and the Opportunity to Invoice process
🌐 Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions and time zones
