iSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of Genesys Telephony Expert.

✨ About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Genesys Telephony Expert to lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of IVR flows, call routing, and telephony infrastructure on the Genesys Cloud CX platform. The role involves working closely with solution architects and business teams to implement scalable and compliant voice solutions.

 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Configure IVR flows, call routing, SIP trunks, and agent lines in Genesys Cloud CX
• Manage DID provisioning, voice gateways, and call queues
• Translate business requirements into telephony workflows
• Monitor and troubleshoot telephony infrastructure
• Perform system health checks and capacity planning
• Ensure compliance with voice security and call recording standards
• Support integration with third-party systems

🧠 Technical Skills Required:
• Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX or Engage
• Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, DID provisioning
• Familiarity with CTI, call recording, and telephony compliance
• Proficiency in tools like Wireshark and telephony monitoring systems
• Genesys certifications (GCP – Voice, Routing) preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and voice infrastructure skills
