Job Responsibilities: 

• 3 years of relevant experience in the design and development of complex software systems
• 3-5 years experience in developing web applications
• Experience working in an nTier (Multi Tier) environment
• Understanding of, and experience with, object oriented design and development
• Understanding of design patterns
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Technical documentation skills
• Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
• Self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
