Recognize the needs of the prospectsand map with the services provided by the company
Advises prospects on technical matters and recommend appropriate solutions
Contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific services can meet their needs
7-8 years of relevant industry experience (manufacturing, retail, BFSI)
Solicit information about the prospect’s needs
Possess the skills to negotiate the price for the services.
Construct sales pitches and presentations.
Travel to areas where needs are projected.
Stay abreast of market trends.
Demonstrate company’s capabilities before a sale.
Respond to pre-qualification questionnaire or information to tender document.
Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements
Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software requirements of the
customer.
Must be able to set and achieve targets.
Educational qualification: MBA / Graduate/ PG Diploma in any discipline may apply.
Compensation: Rs. 1,70,000 to Rs. 2,65,000 ( depends on past experience and interview performance )

Ability to understand JDs and effectively understand the client requirements in cases the JDs are not available. Should be able to create JDs when the requirement in not very explicit.
Expertise in Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn* ( *must have ) / Facebook / Twitter and other available online forums.
Ability to understand technical Job Description & evaluate important keywords to perform the search.
Prior work experience in IT recruitment is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing of candidates using job portals in accordance of the Job description.
• Thorough Assessment of candidate’s skill and professional details over telephonic conversation. Interview scheduling & reference check.
• Maintain Strict Turn Around Time and adhere to specific requirements
• Understand the job responsibility and formulate work plan
• Maintain a keen eye on latest recruitment processes and techniques for efficient recruitment process
• Float Job Description on the leading portals and formulate candidate hiring strategies
• Conduct market due diligence on availability of talent pool in specific markets/Regions
• Conduct research and analysis as well as produce reports as required
