• Co-ordinator will be expected to be focus for any escalations and decisions across the Go Live weekend regards : Seeding and UC Re-creation
• Definition of the Seeding Test schedule
• Planning of resources and environments to the schedule
• Engagement and co-ordination of Producers and Consumers
• Definition and imposing of Seeding Test and UC Re-creation milestones and controls
• Identification and escalation of process / tool improvements
• Provision of operationally capable delegate in co-ordinating duties, in absence of Co-ordinator
• Change management and co-ordination regards Producer Change Requests to : scope, resourcing and schedule

Additional considerations and influences

• SA role(s) requires both technical capability and ability to understand complexity of DSL in order to provide analyst support to Co-ordinator
