Job Responsibility and Description :

KRAs and Role

This role heads the Operations of Chennai Profit Centre
All Support Positions in HR/Admin/Commercial will report into this position. (Recruitment reports into Business Head)
This is a Business Operations role, who will carry company’s bottom line target & is a key influencer for strategy/growth of Chennai P&L.
You will be responsible to work across the entire team on day to day role.
You will have sole responsibility for reviewing & finalizing all contracts (employees/clients/vendors) as per company’s policy.
You will be responsible for working with all the Managers on daily basis towards meeting their KRAs. You will also be responsible for Weekly Reviews with each Manager in the Profit Centre & submitting Weekly Reports of all Business Operations of the respective Profit Centre.
You will be responsible for timely invoicing & collections. You will also be responsible to manage/project the respective cash flow of the Profit Centre.
You will be the sole contact point with Corporate Accounts/HR/Operations.

Experience and Background:

You must have minimum 12-15 years of experience in IT Services field.
You must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA – Finance from a premium institute.
You should have a prior experience in managing P&L’s and a strong advocate of automation/ MIS/ processes.
Good understanding of IT Industry & Capital Markets.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company.
