iSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of Vendor Success Coordinator/ Partner Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Partner Success Executive to manage and support truck owners associated with the platform. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth operations, timely communication, and high partner satisfaction.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain healthy relationships with truck owners to ensure long-term retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams for trip allocation, payments, POD collection, and query resolution.
• Follow up with partners for documentation, POD submission, and payment status updates.
• Educate partners on app features, company processes, and updates.
• Resolve partner concerns with empathy and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Maintain clear and updated records of partner interactions, trip status, and feedback.
• Identify inactive/low-performing partners and re-engage them through structured follow-ups.

✨Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or any relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or partner/vendor management (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, field + coordination environment.
