🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and analyze sales data to drive actionable insights
✅ Lead, support, and monitor the performance of the sales team
✅ Provide training and upskilling support to store promoters
✅ Take ownership of achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
✅ Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance and activities
✅ Build strong customer relationships and drive retail sales growth
✨ Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of achieving targets
✔ Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
✔ Experience in customer service and training retail teams
✔ Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and coach teams
✔ Exceptional organizational and time management skills
✔ Sales experience in retail or B2C sales preferred
✔ Knowledge or interest in educational technology or toys industry is a plus
🎓 Education:
✔ Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate
