✨ Requirements:
• CA / CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in accounting & finance.
• Experience in team handling and managing multiple client accounts is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, Sage, Tally, or similar accounting software.
• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end accounting, month-end & year-end closing.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, reconciliations, AP/AR, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis, MIS reporting, and dashboarding.
• Exposure to US / UK / International GAAP preferred.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning preferred.
• Knowledge of audit coordination, compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Ability to mentor, train, and develop team members.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
