 Job Duties:

 Understand the business requirements and perform functional prototyping and unit testing.

Documentation of business requirements, analysis, and functional software specification.

Guide and work with development for satisfying business requirements.

Provide functional support for development team.

Provide support on testing phases and quality related tasks.

Responsible for troubleshooting issues in the system and providing support.

Executing analysis and resolution of production support calls.

Preparing test data for testing test cases.

Assisting in customer implementation and acceptance testing as required.
