iSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of Service Engineer.
About the Role:
Responsible for installing, servicing, and supporting company products at client sites. Build strong customer relationships, resolve technical issues promptly, assist in demos, and generate leads. Requires proactive approach, technical knowledge, and readiness to travel.
Responsibilities:
• Install and service company products at client sites.
• Handle breakdown calls and provide prompt technical support.
• Maintain strong client relationships with regular visits and service follow-ups.
• Plan AMC, schedule maintenance, and maintain service records.
• Support sales team with product demos and lead generation.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and suggest product improvements.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly service and market reports.
Requirements:
• Good technical knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Active listener & problem-solving ability
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet)
• Analytical mindset
• Self-driven team player; multilingual preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively
