About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Officer – Maintenance to handle electrical maintenance activities, ensure equipment reliability, manage breakdowns, and support continuous improvement initiatives in an automotive/manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities
• Minimize equipment downtime and ensure quick breakdown resolution
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions
• Coordinate with Production to plan maintenance without affecting output
• Troubleshoot electrical systems including panels, motors, drives, sensors, and control circuits
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements
• Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery and electrical systems
• Handle SAP MM activities including material requisitions, spares inventory, and consumption tracking
• Ensure availability of critical spares and optimize inventory levels
• Maintain maintenance documentation as per IATF 16949, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001
• Follow SHE practices including LOTO, work permits, PPE usage, and hazard identification
• Participate in TPM, Kaizen, cost reduction, energy saving, and reliability improvement activities
