Key Responsibilities:
• Lead functional and regression testing for D365 Finance & Operations implementations.
• Configure modules including Supply Chain, Inventory, Production, Procurement, and Sales as per business requirements.
• Design and execute test plans, business scenarios, and functional test cases.
• Identify, track, and resolve functional issues and defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product, technical, and business teams to ensure smooth implementation and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices and industry standards, especially within pharmaceutical operations.
