🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Gather and analyze business requirements to define functional specifications
✅ Configure SAP modules to meet client needs based on best practices
✅ Perform system testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution
✅ Provide end-user training and documentation for SAP systems
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, support and project teams
✅ Assist in SAP project implementations, upgrades and roll-outs
✅ Support post-go-live activities such as enhancements and continuous improvements
✨ Requirements:
✔ Strong experience in SAP (Business One / S/4HANA / ERP).
✔ Good understanding of Finance, Sales, Purchasing or Inventory processes.
✔ Experience in configuration & client interaction.
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
