• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, VSTS, or TFS
• Good understanding of SDLC, cloud applications, and QA processes
• Experience in stakeholder management, sprint planning, and cross-functional team coordination
• Exposure to AI-powered development tools, automation platforms, or RPA solutions
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills
• Experience in driving DevOps practices and engineering efficiency initiatives
• BE / MCA / MSc in Computer Science or related technical field preferred
