About the Role:
The HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role serves as a key liaison between employees and management, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and HR database
• Administer HR policies and ensure compliance
• Manage employee relations and grievance handling
• Support performance management, appraisals, and training programs
• Assist in payroll and benefits administration
• Prepare HR reports and MIS
• Drive employee engagement initiatives
