About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive Customer Support Service to help drive business growth through online research, social media networking, and digital outreach. The ideal candidate will identify and connect with potential clients using platforms like LinkedIn, email marketing, and online forums.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and generate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital channels
• Qualify prospects and schedule calls or demos for the sales team
• Maintain lead data using Excel or CRM tools
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in digital lead generation, telesales, or inside sales
• Strong understanding of social media and online research tools
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Proficiency in MS Office or CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
