✨ Requirements:
• Experience in sales, preferably in lending/BFSI/fintech industry
• Strong ability to identify and onboard DSAs and channel partners
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in NBFC/DSA, especially in mortgages (Home Loan/LAP) preferred
• Ability to provide operational support to channel partners
• Strong focus on achieving monthly sales targets and business metrics
• Own conveyance and strong local market network preferred
• Fluency in regional language is an added advantage
