iSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of Business Development Executive.
✨ About the Role:
As a Growth Executive, you’ll drive regional business growth by building strong relationships with transporters and truck owners, onboarding them to our platform, and expanding market presence through active field engagement.
🛠️Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.
• Visit and onboard transporters & truck owners as per the hub-and-spoke model.
• Build and maintain strong local relationships for business growth.
• Assist partners in using the company’s mobile app for smooth operations.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation.
• Travel extensively (up to 70%) within the region.
🎯Qualifications:
• Strong communication (Hindi & English).
• Target-driven with good rapport-building skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office.
• Energetic, sincere, and analytical mindset.
• Prior experience in logistics is an added advantage.
